How do I place a return or exchange?
1. Visit the Account Portal
Log into your account with the email used to make the order.

How do I qualify?
Easy. If you’re ordering your first pair of frames, you can now save 50% on polarized lenses. Let's build your sun style together.
2. Find the order you’d like to return
On the left side of the page, click on “Recent Orders” to find your list. Click on “View Details.”
This must be your first order with BonLook.

The sunglasses can be prescription or non. If they are prescription sunglasses, you must have an updated prescription. If you are ordering online, you will need to upload a copy of your prescription to complete your purchase.
*We welcome prescriptions from other clinics if they are not expired.
If you need an eye exam, you can book an appointment at one of our locations.
3. Request a return
Scroll down and click on “REQUEST RETURN.” Fill out the form and submit your request.

Select the heart icon next to each style to build a wish list.
Once you’re ready to place your order, select the winning frame, add polarized sun lenses, customize their colour and add to cart!
Check out using SUN50 and place your order.
*If you’d like to try on frames first, you can stop by one of our locations to try them on or use our virtual try-on tool.
4. Print label & ship
You'll receive an email with instructions on how to print the return label and ship it back.
